Looking Ahead

Shotgun Safety Training Classes
Kent County Clay Crushers 4-H Shotgun Club
Are holding a 4-H shotgun safety training class for those youths that wish to become members in the Clay Crushers. This class will contain safety lectures and hands on (live fire) training. This class will be conducted by 4-H Certified Shotgun Instructors.
The class will be held on February 12th beginning at 10:00 am until about 2:00 pm at the Kent County Gun Club. Parents are encouraged to attend the lecture portion (first part) as we will discuss safety and the Clay Crushers program.
Those who plan on attending should call one of the following Club Leaders: Russ Parson 443-480-0292 or Robert Baldwin 410-739-2497 or contact the 4-H office 410-778-1661.
Those planning to attend should bring their own shotgun and 2 boxes of shells. Club guns will be available for those who don’t own one and shells will available for purchase. All safety gear will be available for loan for those who need them. A brief lunch will be provided by the Clay Crushers during the break.
University of Maryland Extension Programs are open to all citizens without regard to race, color, gender, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, marital or parental status or national origin.
